Apparently, the Villagers don't have voice clips anymore, unlike the E3 build. :/

The WFTs have voice clips right? I clearly remember her talking.

Anyway, what I meant is that at least they have sounds and won't be soundless which would be completely unacceptable.

Both Trainers have VA's in Smash. I distinctly remember the down taunt where they say, "Let's stretch our legs!"

They have both voice acting and sound effects from their series.

Wait, huh? I wasn't aware the Villagers had voice clips at all. I've only really played New Leaf, but the player character doesn't really speak in any AC game, right? What was the voice clip like?

They do speak in AC. Go get stung by bees to see for yourself. The only voice clip was when a female one uses Dream Home. "Thanks Nook!"

In the happy home showcase/streetpass thing the other villagers speak animalese as well.

Opinions on a few of the Pokemon VA's:

Arceus: I hate it. Raging nerd scream(EN) is worse than weird drag queen scream(JP).
Kyurem: Actually pretty cool in English.
Keldeo: Tolerable.
Xerneas: Is that a woman's voice?
Palkia: No complaimts on Kaiju scream.
Victini: Adorbs.
Greninja: How silly.
Darkrai: Pretty badass.
Genesect: Is that a voice even?
