Posted a lotta videos to my youtube and still got some more to do, a small amount of them are Gdubs though. mostly me being stylish but there are a few that are actually pretty intense somewhat. Still though if you want to see style there's more of it there than there is particularly hard matches. Will actually post links later after i'm done taking a nap

I definitely feel the opposite. I actually play exactly like him in this match-up, and I can say that if match 1 wasn't on FD, the set could've looked a lot differently. FD just shouldn't be played on in this match-up. Japanese ruleset can be really broken for some characters :/.

EDIT: To answer the question, he played on battlefield pretty much perfectly. You'll notice he just completely ***** snake when he gets in. It's not totally defensive play, because snake still has to be so careful even though he's forced to chase us.

I think this snake just had to be more campy on FD (1st Match)? I thinmk in the last Match he did it better anyway yeah. This G&W couldn't have done it much better i think. But for my taste to much dairs and to much fairs with this horrible landing lag. But when i think how bad i played Tay (PR-Member) i wish i could play the Snake MU as good as he can play it. I just get totally ***** even by Pocket Snakes :(

I like the Japanese '10min, 3 stock, running from the opponent is dishonorable- strongly enforced, time outs go to sudden death' rules but their stages do heavily favor characters who like neutrals. I'd prefer those rules with western stage picks.

The G&W woulda won if it wasn't for a ****ty ruleset.

Also dair spamming on the bf platforms so guuuuuuuuuuuudddd but so unsafe lmaooo. I'm guilty of that.

I love his use of dtilt;)

It's really not that unsafe. Snake can only do so many things to you to punish. I'll gladly take a few utilts or nades for the chance to hit him into drop down fair which can knock him off the stage.

Hey guys last tourney I teamed with Silly Kyle and our Loser's Finals matches just got put up

I was actually pretty disappointed afterwards. Felt like we could have won had I not been so risky (My absolute biggest problem overall and ESPECIALLY in doubles)

I don't really mind putting it all on the line but in doubles where I'm balancing 2 player's stocks I gotta quit it.

Anyway critique my calculated Dair and Up-B spam. I suck and dubs but I REALLY wanna get better being that GW shines in it.

I also have some matches of us vs another team and also vs Meow's team if anyone really wants to see it that badly

I really need help with this MU. Falco shuts me down hard and I can't punish him or judge what beats what well. This one I got a few good reads but was owned. I need to learn and practice the MU more :/ .
PS when should I bucket vs fast characters? He punished me a lot and the 2nd bucket looked like it didn't catch (1:33). Will bucket not catch if 'B' is released? I tried to anticipate the lag but might have mistimed that but I thought it would catch for some time even if 'B' was just tapped :( .

It looked like you tried to keep the same pace as Falco (which was faster than you), which basically caused you to mess up. After picking up g&w, I found, I can't play too fast of a pace. Like mentioned before, the bucket was a bad idea. It basically made you free for more damage. Lylat probably wasn't the best place to be for this MU. I think you should have tried using more moves that had a longer reach than Falco, once he was off the stage, there would be no problem finishing his stock. Though that's all my observation.

Juggle him, He's a fast faller.

Falco's midrange game is really good, but he's sorta useless offstage focus on getting him in the air more, you can't beat him on the ground. Only bucket when you are far and you know he can't punish you, don't fall for his bait and also keep in mind he has dacus/bdacus so that increases his punishing range.

Go for bucket vs Falco, but only when it's completely safe and he can't hit you afterwards, like Smiley said

Dtilt is a godsend in this MU, abuse it to the max.
Once you get him in the air, give him hell with nair and uair.

Thanks for all the advice :) . Falco's attack range on the ground beats G&W's and he shuts me down with laser/shine interruptions and forwardB, the armor makes that really hard to deal with it's almost a mid-range counter. I've got to get him in the air more. Not an easy task :/ .
lol, I won 3 games in a row vs Falco with Zelda; I need to learn what beats what with G&W in that MU. My judgement (not the attack) was very poor :(

You can shield his phantasm and up b out of shield to launch him into the air while in the freefall state.

Also, if you anticipate his phantasm, then you should try to beat it out. Any lingering hitboxes or multi-hit-moves will beat it out(not the first 1/3 of the move though, that part is invincible).

Like I said, abuse the hell out of dtilt. You guys hate Falco's jab? Dtilt. DTILTDTILTDTILT.

What good is Dtilt against Falcos jab? His jab is both faster and almost equal in range so you will clank and then he gets to jab first. Unless there is some trick into that as well.

I've been Ftilted out of Dtilt, Falco's Ftilt out reaching Dtilt's stupid :( . That Falco was good at playing mid-range where I couldn't reach him barely then was shut down by a laser or forwarB and comboed :( . I just need to learn the MU :/

Game 1
you used the same move several times in a row, like Fair. You seemed to get stuck on one part of g&w's game and stay there too long: ground Dtilt/Smash game/juggle air game, chef game/reaching with Fair/Dair air game. You fished to land smashes and Fair a lot too. Switch around G&W's fighting styles more frequently. Also shield poke without committing to land more.
That's mainly what I noticed but I don't know the MU well. It's difficult to help the boards when I don't know MUs but I want to not be dead weight. DDD seems like a -1 or -2 but I know that's wrong.

We both played better game 2. Game 2 at 1:17 how the heck did he Usmash through my Bair?! Falco still spaces me really well and I can't punish him.

I've played the D3 MU about 1000000000 Times it was the guy at BiN in ur pool
first of all he's chaingrabbing you...
just stay on the ground stand up normal and to ub b that should work
then his uair >>> our dair
when he uses his up b and if he lands on the ground there are stars coming out you actually can bucket them or shield them -> f smash or go under him -> u air and for the last thing although d3 has a super armor he has not a super armor during up b when you hit him right after he pressed it so when d3 is "jumping"
another fact is that you can bucket the lasers of the waddle doos
and with your aerials you have to space them very very well because of his imbagrabrange
for the very last thing at low % to the u throw to juggle this fat penguin
i hope this information will help you :)

Good use of nair on the ledge. Ftilt isn't really a good option, better to dtilt. (might've just been a misinput, but I saw it whiffed out 2 or 3 times in quick succession) Dtilt is also good for guarding the ledge, as opposed to fsmash or other moves of the like.
