I'm a melee buff and happened to be recording, never heard of anything like it so I'm curious if it's known.

No AR was used. This was normal gameplay.

I've had this happen before. Same stage. I guess it's just a BF glitch, not sure how to trigger it though. Would be a good edgeguarding tool for Pikachu if you could trigger it purposely lol.

I've seen it with Pichu too. I'm pretty sure it's just it hitting the stage at a specific point, but I'm not too sure.

Battlefield edges are dumb.

you can do it on purpose on pokemon stadium it's nothing new.

It's the thunderbolt glitch and works with Pichu or Pikachu on Battlefield's edges. Your positioning has to be very precise.

I never heard of it happening on Pokemon Stadium though.
