Kind of. The apartment complex I'm moving into has a club house that you can rent out.

I got to take a peek inside and it looked pretty spacious and I saw a bunch of couches & chairs. No idea on if there's a TV or not, but I've got a couple I can use. It also has a bar area which is most likely where I will set up for registration and keep my PC for the Brackets. I move in on Feb 23rd so I'll be able to get more info on it then, such as how much parking is available.
