Now that I think about it, how would Kasumi even work as a Joker echo?
She has a sword, not a knife
She has a new gun, not a pistol
She probably doesn't have Arsene

sword can work like knife with increased range (or just be shortened to fit the hitbox, though it'd look a little weirder), rifle has the same rate of fire as the pistol in P5R, and the persona can be functionally identical so long as it's a humanoid with wings of some kind.

it'd most likely be a case of substantially reworked animations like dark samus with only minor functional tweaks (something like increased range/gun damage for reduced persona power), and a good chunk of joker's moves don't even use the weapons at all. the only thing i really see needing changing is the up-tilt dagger spin, because that'd just look silly with a sword.

I remember a video of Mother's Basement about Konosuba and as he explained, the reason Konosuba's animation is so good is because they rarely repeat frames. That scene of Aqua crying is the perfect example of that because every single frame os different which not only makes for great still images but also even better in motion.

You're probably thinking of Kinder Joys

Kinder Joys have two separately packaged portions. One section is candy, the other contains the toy.

The toy isn't packaged with the candy, so they technically conform with US law.

Regular Kinder Eggs from my knowledge are still banned here.
