If there was one, I feel like the admins would call the shots on who would be what expy. @NateVO and @Noipoi should be from one of Smashboard's Tooniverses, at least imo. Zinith would likely be a humanoid reptile called "Urban Dino" or something, @Idon would probably be the holder of some Power Stone-esque MacGuffin, Tots would be the "Peter Parker" of the group, and assuming @Onereasonanddone plays a villain, he'd be our "Ultron".

I like incineroar but I think I would have preferred if pokemon didn't get a newcomer this time around

TBF, new Pokemon can fill a lot of potential archetypes and is the biggest media franchise WW. It makes more sense to include them than pretty much other newcomer.

Plus, no new Pokemon doesn't guarantee a favorite getting in.

Legit, Gen 5 had some cool as hell bug type Pokemon.
Like, the best designed ones in the whole series.
