The worst part about Persona 5 R is that it really looks like the definitive edition for Persona 5 right now like Persona 4 Golden. Now I have to seriously reconsider buying a PS4 for Roya in 2020... Probably not if Persona 5 Switch is a thing, but probably if it isn't.

Until a certain point in the game, Teddie is a Shadow (kind of like Morgana), unable to leave the TV World. After going through some soul-searching after facing "Shadow Teddie" (about the same time you get Rise, who is the assistant character like Futaba), he somehow gains a physical body and is able to enter the Real World, that's what he looks like.

As for the Teddie thickens too line, you got me. XD
