Well, all I know is that the isekai genre is so widespread, a crossover between four isekai anime just came out.
Not to fight against hahahaha it hurts.
I've gotten like 1/5 into the manga. It's not bad. Definitely not the best manga/anime I've seen, but it's entertaining enough.
I'm gonna need a source on that. I refuse to believe that actually exists.

New York, LA, Texas and sometimes Vegas are the only parts of the USA according to movies.There were a lot of plots that went the other way around in 80s B-movies. Where a character from a fantastical realm was thrust into our world (usually New York or LA lol)

Because Isekai elf girls are what happens when you only take surface information from LotR without the literary significance
