I've been willing since December, no one's given me any offers. Probably because i've yet to put it up on my Deviantart...

Okay i'm gonna ask this one more time cause I don't exactly understand it but how do you Make an "Anyone Is Here" Banner? I can't exactly figure out how to without it looking like garbage so I would like for some advice on this matter.

1. Take anyone else's banner.
2. Open it in Photoshop/GIMP/whatever.
3. Find pictures of the characters you want.
4. Crop each one to size (should be 80px x 195px) and paste them on the banner in the order you want, covering up the old images.

There. You did it.

Step 3. Paste art of your own characters over the other character boxes

For people who don't get the joke (not everyone is caught up in obscure Dragon Ball trivia like I am), in the Harmony Gold version of the Dragon Ball dub, they changed everyone's names to more generic "western" names (Goku became Zero, Bulma became Lena, and Korin became "Whiskers the Wonder Cat").
