Ken Penders was a writer for Archie Comic's Sonic the Hedgehog.

He made a lot of OCs and tried to sue Sega/Archie for the rights to use them or something like that.

Even aside from the general horribleness of what he's saying, I very much have doubt that his current interpretation of Lara-Su is even capable of reproductive acts, much less participated in them.
