iirc, it was considered in the past, but it just never happened.

Besides, Capcom wouldn't allow their characters to be mutilated, and assuming how Mortal Kombat vs DC went, not sure if the MK characters work well without their violence.

I feel like the problem there is "Are we ok with seeing our characters literally torn limb by limb, skin peeled off and sliced in half with guts flying everywhere", which I dunno if Capcom really is.

Like, even Resident Evil is honest to god tame compared to the crap that happens in MK.

Plus. I dunno, I'd kinda prefer MK's guest characters to keep being western IPs. It's the only fighting game that really gets that (Except for Tekken and SC now I guess), and DmC is NOT shy about crossovers.

Considering Injustice, they could.

Honestly, at this point I just want to see the characters meet and fight, gameplay styles be damned.

It COULD be done, concessions would need to be made on both sides, but I think people would be brought in by the concept alone.

Just Sheba. There's Brighid, Crossette, Praxis, and Theory, and maybe Kora and Catalyst, but all of those are implied to be at least bi. Nothing is stated outright for any of them though, so if someone tells you they're "this or that", don't believe 'em. It's all just head-canon. Sheba on the other hand is very bluntly all about her hardcore hedonistic yuri tendencies and...nothing more than that, really.

I think Capcom can make an exception with Devil May Cry characters though. Mind you, the stuff they've been doing in DMCV isn't anywhere near as gory as MK, but it's still enough that seeing Dante get dismembered (or doing the dismembering) wouldn't be unusual for him. Besides, if Capcom wants to cheese through with any justifications, just have Ed Boon say that Dante regens whenever he dies/loses. Bam, solved.

I don't believe anything like that exists currently, though, probably because the news feed page is the same basic thing anyway (unless I'm still not understanding what you want); it just can't actually send alerts/show an exact number of new posts.
