I forgot about Logan. The Deadpool films are good but not really great.

I thought they were great, especially compared to the now fake X-Men movie origins and their retconned Deadpool

Man, come to think of it, the Fairly OddParents could have been Spongebob tier, like, aside from Rugrats, those two shows were EVERYWHERE in terms of marketing airtime. Like if the Sponge wasn't on, it was Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda.

But then, they just had to drop the ball. Poof was fine, but Sparky... ugh. And the Chloe too..

Why... it could have been so much more...

Tbf...FOP got cancelled multiple times throughout the shows duration (only to be quickly renewed, both were for no reasons), so the show going downhill was expected and reasonable. Jimmy Neutron on the other hand...that show deserved that final season we almost got (screwed over due to DNA shutting down...thanks a ****ing lot Ant Bully movie)

Honestly, I'm only taking it for fun and for a little insight. I think Game Development degrees aren't all that great because it's the portfolios that matter more in that field.

I took one game development class already all about the basics of Unity's blueprint system. You aren't missing much.

Chaos had a larger role in Speed Battle than in the actual game.

The strange thing to me is that they bother making a big deal about the return of some of these characters for whatever reason despite not really doing much of anything with them and, of course, even go through the trouble of giving Chaos 0... a beautifully well done render:

...even though they apparently had no intention of using the real Chaos.

It’s honestly weird to have Chaos not show up much in general because it’s been established in Battle that he will leave the Master Emerald in times of crisis:

It’s also again established in the Forces tie-in Comic (which are apparently canon) that he can leave whenever—

So it’s kinda just a problem with Chaos altogether, then again it’s probably because of a lessened focus on Knuckles and Angel Island in general.

What kind of games do you like?

I've been tending towards liking management sims recently. I typically like JRPGs and some fighting games, and Anime games just because I genuinely enjoy some franchises.

An example of something I would like to eventually make (that I'm sure other people are in the process of making) is an RPG that both is stats (not just HP/MP/SP) reliant and has Paper Mario-esque mid battle mechanics so it's not like your standard "mash A to win" RPGs.

I want to recapture the spirit of the first two Mario games and combine it with my pleasure in seeing numbers get larger and fly everywhere when things are hit.

Maybe it's times of crisis that explicitly deals with the Master Emerald itself? Since they both showed up in Adventure 1 and Sonic Battle. It's kind of like how they prefer that Ganondorf specifically shows up due to the Triforce existing in the story. Even if it's barely there(like in Twilight Princess, where it barely plays a role compared to games like OOT and WW, where it's vastly important). Ganon usually shows up otherwise, if it's barely one or two pieces, and sometimes he shows up when the Triforce is barely important to the story at all.

Of course, unless they remake Sonic 3 & Knuckles, it's kind of hard for him to show up when he wasn't created yet overall. That's be actually neat for a remake.
