I'm usually in bed by 7:30 A.M. EST.

Working second shift in a hospital basically means you either sleep all day and miss the fun or turn into an insomniac. Lately, I've been unwisely choosing the latter option, and I'm afraid I'll eventually do something incredibly stupid and dangerous at work because I'm so exhausted.

I usually try to go to sleep 20 minutes ago.

...But I get some mild insomnia that constantly turns on and off so here I am. Even when I do fall asleep when I should I never wake up feeling refreshed. Probably why I'm always feeling tired and cranky all day at work.

Hm I recently read that if you don't use your bed for anything other then sleep it makes it easier to fall asleep. I spend a lot of time hanging out on my bed when playing video games or suffering the web, so maybe I need to knock that off.

I've heard that as well.

Unfortunately my bedroom is far too small to not use my bed for more than sleeping in if I want to hang out in my room (although I do stuff like that far less than I used to).

According to Student Society regulations, revealing the true meaning of a name leads to the immediate disbandment of the group that name belongs to.
