IIRC someone was able to track down Ayumi's. It was an obscure piece of art but I can't remember where it came from.

Dungeon Man's differences are more noticeable, and Boney gets two pixels above his mouth changed to a different shade of brown. The rest seem to have just been made more "pixel-perfect"/cleaned up, as well as those two.

I've got mad nostalgia for both Super Mario 64/Sunshine. I pulled them both out not that long ago and near got near 100% completion.
So... biased as hell, but I fail to see how either game has aged badly (relatively speaking).
