Oh no Shinya Takahashi's gonna give us one of his 'development updates' isn't he.
Koizumi is Nintendo's good cop. He brings us news of Odyssey, Mario Maker and Astral Chain.
But Takahashi? Bad cop. Only delays come in his wake.

Think about it this way: combine the fact...
  • We've never seen this game since December 2017 and there's been silence about it since
  • They're still working on whatever Babylon's Fall is
  • Astral Chain - which seems to be a huge undertaking enough as it is, being an exclusive Switch game
  • Coming off of working with Cygames on whatever that Granblue Fantasy game is
  • Still working on NieR: Automata with all the "Game of the YoRHa" editions and possible future ports
I dunno. I don't wanna say Koizumi is lying to us when he said "don't worry, Bayonetta 3 is still hard at work", but man, I'm getting some slight MP4 vibes.

You see I could believe that somehow somebody confused the Starlink thing for a Star Fox thing, but since the Starlink racing thing isn't just for Star Fox characters and for every ship in the game I have a hard time believing that. I just think it's leakbait, plain and simple, which makes me think how much else could be leakbait, considering that so many leakers fell for it? For all we know Erdrick could be leakbait or something idfk

(No I'm not an "Erdrick is leakbait" guy but we know literally nothing and after Vergeben ****ing died we should take everything with 25 wheelbarrows of salt)

I think it either could have been leak bait, or scrapped to become a part of the Switch version of Starlink.

OR it’s Retro’s secret project which is actually a new F-Zero in disguise and they named it Star Fox Grand Prix as bait lemme dream

I probably already said this, but I think Verge’s claim of Minecraft content was also leak bait cause he said it before E3, which to me would imply it was in the base game, along with everything else he said (Ridley, Snake, no cuts). Only thing that didn’t come true was the Minecraft content (and that Isabelle was a semi clone instead of an Echo like he initially claimed).

Katalina is pretty obvious leak bait to me too...also, out of curiosity, who was it that originally said Doomguy and Ryu Hayabusa?
