UK mod for neo empire

I wonder where jams rant about me being a mond on NE went? Edit etc.
I nominated OTHER people for the position however ryza decided to give it to me as I've been the most active on there so far, well until charles. It's pretty obvious this is going to piss everyone off, so I'm changing it. Also i've been told you need to be "well liked" or at the least "respected" to be a mod. So obviouly not something for me to do.
Personally, I think my treatment around my activity on NE has been a piece of ****ing ****, and I've seriously reconsidered my outlook on our community. It's been an interesting experience in the way that I've seen people's true colours and feelings etc. Revealing you could say. However, this whole "revealing" experience has driven me to feel like I do not want any part of this community. Needless to say I will not be leaving the community, however I will not making any effort to fratenise with a large majority of the community, solely turning up to events and training with people that I need to.
My message for Jam in particular. get the **** over yourself, and never speak to me like that again. or just never speak to me again.

So whats with this new forum? Are we gonna move over to it or stick with smashboards. Personally I dont think theres anything wrong with smashboards

move to it, its a **** UK forum and smashboards is american and this section is european -_- and it has BUGS and lags and is down so much its **** annoying

Ben : Smasboards is specifically an american forum. The UK itself does not have its own section AND its not very easy to find the UK section. Alot of the brawl players that have posted ive directed from other threads on these boards.
Moat europeans eg sweden/france have their own forums. Neoempire would be our own forums and it unites us with the rest of the UK fighting game community. It means we can attract other good gamers from the UK on that forum aswell as when brawl hits an actual good forum to link people to. Go look at Neoempire, its all about the UK, it looks preofessional and its advetises its tournaments. Thats a much better place to link new players (until we have our own smash site
) than smashboards.
Smashboards should be used as a knowledge resource and neoempire to co-ordinate the UK scene.
Past that by becoming part of NE we become part of their events...which are much larger than what we got atm. If we maintain links with OSPLAY and are intergral to NE then we will have large, more pro looking events to be part off.
