Yeah, I've got a Wii w/ all 3 Smashes -- but if you want a 100% legit controller, you'd need to bring it (but I should have some that play adequately)

I live across the street from bert, but just holla if you were too wasted to remember where that was.

(lol, either Smashboards was down and coincidentally went up as I switched networks or my lab's VPN now blocks Smashboards o.o)

I'm free anytime this weekend, just drop me a line. so that means Sunday's good for at least me -- but Deku can vouch for how boring it must be to beat me up repeatedly, lol -- I 'won' 1 match out of....:awesome:

doodz, I actually might not be here most of finals week, so we should try to get one last gettogether in place.

I should be able to fit in any time between now and Thursday -- after that, not so much, but maybe.

Well, you won't have to complain about that anymore, after our srs bsns hardcore Melee Money Matches. You're never going to see either of those dollars again.

Not having any job at all doesn't look good. It didn't help me any. I volunteered at the library to at least show employers I wasn't just sitting around all day (not every day at least).

Matt, have you also looked into underwriting? That's usually the backup plan people mention on the AO. Heck, most of the stuff I've done so far has been the same thing as the underwriters are doing anyway.

I keep hearing this from a lot of older people. Even if it's volunteering for some charity they wanna see you doing something. Also helps give you something to say when interviewers ask behavioral questions about how well you work with others.

I think I need to get my resume evaluated by either UIUC Alumni services or Actuarial Outpost or both. I don't even know what a post college resume should look like. Maybe get a mock interview from the Alumni Career Center too.

Although unemployment is pretty nice. They're right, it really does demotivate people from job searching. I'm breaking out of the funk right now though.

More importantly, it gives you an answer to a question they always ask. "So what have you been doing since you graduated?" Or got sacked, as the case may be.

Skip any college resume review. Definitely post it on the AO.

So I'll be driving back today. I'll probably get there later-ish tonight -- and then I should probably leave before Wednesday evening. There's still the possibility for some quality smashing time between then if anyone's down.

Alex, you're doing grad school? Was that going to be here? Or, you know, not here, but there.
