there is a food court downstairs with panda, sbarro, pretzels, candy store, some mexican grill
another level down there is a carl's jr, jamba juice, taco bell, a sushi place, a coffee shop
usually you go there on your own time since tournys go the whole time
some actually have an hour break but it is really rare

nevermind there is food close by and usually yes they allow food inside
just tell the TO that you are going just so you dont get dq'd
