Also, Matt, I don't think I'm gonna enter Brawl Doubles. Even if I had the money, it's gonna be a huge waste without any practice.

Search for Motel 6 in New Brunswick or Piscataway. It's at worse a 5/10 minute drive away but is half the price of a hotel. A lot of smashers are staying at the Howard Johnson hotel/motel in New Brunswick. If not the Hyatt is a choice.

Last I talked to Ev and Steph, they weren't even 100% on going. And neither of them check this thread very often iirc, so I'd text them or something.

Rooming at the Hyatt personally so I can go back and forth whenever I want. But it's expensive.

Atomsk made it to bracket

Xzax, Chibo, KT, Vex, and I all made it to round 2 pools.

If I didn't drop game three against dark pch, it would of forced a 3 way 2-2 set tie between him, kprime, and myself. Winner of the tie breaker would of been second seed, so I may of been 1 game short from making bracket too .

2nd round pool for me was Nick riddle, kprime, me, dark peach, ripple.

What shocked me even more than keitaro was that jbandrew didn't make it out of first round pools O_O

I don't really know who was all in everyone else's round 2 pools, so I guess wait for them to post about it :3

jband's pool was a 3 way tie between him chimpakt and triad prodigy for 2nd seed... jband beat prodigy and lost to chimpakt, and prodigy beat chimpakt... chimpakt won the tiebreaker. Havok got the first seed

seriously think that was one of the most difficult round one pools at the tournament

Berserker got in a similar three way tie. Melon was in the leon/deltacod pool, which may of been the hardest of them all.

Paul you need to be waaaay more patient. You'd be so damn good if you did . 0-deathd lain's ice climbers first stock, then you still wind up losing because you suck at camping T_T
