the 3ds lineup for this year is lookin damn nice, and you have access to the full ds library

psp has some hacking, but it's going to cost a bit spending money on like a memory card to support tons of downloads, trouble trying to hack newer models, etc
ds lite is mad cheap and always cool tho

Kid Bo get a psp. EVERY PSP model is now hackable. Just get a psp go. Gamestop selling them used for 100$ And u dont have to waste money getting a memory card or anything. It has a 16gb HDD built in.

It's not worth getting a 3ds right now. And by the time the actual good games comes out the 3ds would of dropped in price. There's no way Nintendo is going head to head with the Vita at the same price this holiday season.

Vex im in love with AH3! I must get a ps3 like tomorrow!

vita might not even come out till next year, and nintendo sees no need to price drop till that comes out. it could be 250 throughout the whole year

is the psp go really hackable easily? and the 3000? and no way the go is $100 used
edit: o snap its 110, not bad (but still not 100 lol)

if its fully hackable easily, that's not a bad option

What does the PSP even have to offer compared to the 3DS/DS??

Why get a PSP when the Vita is coming out soon anyway? The PSP will be outdated in no time plus many developers are probably focusing on the Vita and 3DS now.

Yes the 3DS lineup isn't that great right now but the DS lineup beats the PSP lineup by far.

I agree that 3ds dont need to drop price until the vita is out. My gamestop was selling it for 100$. Might just be a special that was going on. And yes there fully hackable. All of them. You just need a "aloader" to play the isos on the newest 6.39 firmware.

The PSP hacked is godlike and is the best portable system ever. Hell hacking it for the full ps1 lineup alone is worth it. Not to mention PSP has quality games in its own right
Both god of wars
MGS
KH BBS
Patapon
Crisis Core
Both Dissidias
Disgaea

And on top of that you have emulators. Snes/Genesis/Sega CD(SONIC CD ON THE GO!!)/GBA/Arcade emulators etc. Plus u can use it for music/videos/ebooks

Is it easy to find the resources to hack it? My favorite thing to do on the PSP with hacking is the PS1 lineup - Mega Man X4, Mega Man 8, FF7, FF9, etc. Then there's like the 2 good PSP games lol (Crisis Core and uh.... Ok one really good game). Also emulators are always cool and they work well. I've got Pokemon Red and Mario RPG on mine.

The PSP Go is cool with how small it is, but it still has the screen exposed when closed which is really lame. I feel that the 3DS and DS are just designed better to be kept in good condition longer. However the 3DS build quality really isn't as good as I want, the hinge feels a little wonky :/

Ill forgive u for not listing KH BBS as a good game since u not a fan. But not listing God Of War, Metal Gear Solid and Patapon just shows how biased u are. STOP IT CHIBO. Crisis Core isn't even that good.

Nintendo has always been known for durable systems. We all know that.

Yeah that Metal Gear is pretty serious. I heard stories.

I hated the PS1 but those other emulators sound interesting.

lol I was more joking

I never got to play patapon though

but like Metal Gear and God of War, great games, but tbqh - those are games I really want to play on a TV, not on my mobile. I stopped playing Portable Ops out of frustration of trying to play it on mobile. Metal Gear is so involved I really need a full controller and such.

not quite as much, crisis core doesnt require a strong control pad. it's a pretty slow game. In a shooter like MGS i want precision that the psp controls really can't give. crisis core on tv is nice, and i do have my tv cables for my psp, but i can't connect a controller to it (you can connect a ps3 controller to a psp go though).
