Tucson Presents Mewtwo's Revenge

Clan TigerBeast is hosting a melee exclusive tournament in Tucson, that hopefully everyone can come to.

The tournament is going to take place at Dry River on Saturday, February 21st, 2009. Dry River is located at 740 N. Main Ave. on the Southeast corner of Main and University in Central/Downtown Tucson.

Registration and sign-up will be through Cooper ((520)331-9362) and Ninjade ((520)904-8341) which starts at 12pm.

Singles = 5$

Doubles = 10$

Venue = There is no venue fee, where we are having this is a non-profit organization that usually is a venue for local bands. Because it is a non-profit oranization we ask that you donate to them, even if its just a dollar, it will help with us hosting more of these in the future!

Don't get grabbed, Wobbling is legit.

So there it is, Mewtwo's Revenge, in Tucson the happy medium between SV and PHX, so everyone should come. . . no travel johns!

I'm not sure how many set-ups I can bring. I'm pretty sure my crew can bring 2 tvs and 2 cube/smash/memcard setups. We may be able to bring more, depending. Also; Both of our tvs have built-in vcrs, and I bought 6 blank tapes recently. We also have a working VCR not in use that can be hooked up to another TV. I'm also looking into buying a video capture card. Finally as something optional; My laptop has VGA. If someone's TV is compatible with VGA, I can set up an alternative station featuring 2d fighters, such as MVC, SF3, Melty Blood, and possibly Mugen and Fate/Stay: Unlimited Codes.

Random: My laptop has A Guitar Hero/Rockband/Rockband 2 emulator that features Guitar/Bass/Drum compatibility. Just throwing that out there, too. I'm very big on emulation.
