Trying to get weeklies going on in Garden Grove, Westminster

I want too start doing tournaments on a weekly basis the only problem is need someone to help me come up with the rules and all that stuff cause im not sure how a tournament is supposed to be ran. If someone could help get something set up then i could start doing the tournaments. thanks you guys
