Tristate Genesis Thread

i was having some people over for a smashfest (like 10 people?)

i let them in the lobby while i went back to my car to get something (either settlers or a sleeping bag; i don't remember anymore)

while they were there, hyuga decided to show off that he could rip phone books in half (i wasn't there for this)

eventually, we went into my apartment and smashed for a while. brandon (homemadewaffles of announcer fame) was as loud as he is in videos. so was everyone else (i only singled waffles out because that will give you an idea of how loud everyone was). also, at some point, we were repeatedly listening to some rap song that went "if she makes me nuts itch, i'll kill that slut bitch" rather loudly

the next day, i'm woken up at like 5 pm when the apartment manager dude comes over and tells me a bunch of people complained about the noise. I weasel out of the blame, saying that they were stuck here and needed a place to sleep, i wasn't expecting so many people, etc.

He also remarks that he saw some "strange-looking guy with long blond hair" ripping up phonebooks in the lobby. apparently there is a security camera in the lobby. he goes on some spiel about how while nobody uses phonebooks, he can't recycle them if they're torn up. he closes with "tell him that, granted, it was very impressive, but he's not welcome here anymore since he seems to be unable to respect the property".

anyway, he left and I was tired and hungry, so I whistled for a cab and when it came near, the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I can say this cab is rare, but I thought "naw forget it, yo homes to bel air". I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie 'yo homes, smell ya later'. I looked at my kingdom I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the prince of bel air

and then i found 20 bucks

lol that was hilarious. it was like so good and then the very end made it even better lmao.

yeah the story was real; i just couldn't think of a way to end it because i pretty much gave the 'punchline' (answered the question) right near the start

i'm glad you enjoyed it though

Whose bought their ticket to genesis? What flight are you taking? What date are you flying in/flying out? Who are you traveling with?

I'll be flying in from Korea....

just FYI, Doyoung is already in Korea and I think he will be until August.

Wes suggested to me at one point that I could possibly stay with the Minibosses and Pocky for housing... otherwise i'm stumped for housing... soo.. would do you guys think ? :D

to be specific i guess i need rides to and from the venue to hotel/airport what not and people to room with for two nights during the tourny..
