JTB reads as someone who legitimately skimmed hard. That's it. As lazy scum, he'd probably paraphrase what others have been saying about him in a moreso evasive way. JTB brought up a really crappy point, but it's something to have been picked up through skimming. I don't think he'd let himself say that as scum, and I don't think he'd care as town cuz A. there's already a wagon and B. it's logical in his own head.

With Rake is was more to me that he said dumb **** prodding at soup and other stupid stuff he said without caring what other people have to say. Lines up with his style of poking at everything with a stick until something sticks to it when he's town. I don't think it's the basis for a townread though, because this stopped with soup and he's been tunneling the whole time when soup is town and hasn't been trying to feel anyone else out

Even so yolo me being town doesn't make me right. You obviously know that, and I'm sure most of the players understand that. The only merit in me defending someone is with me cuz my word is obviously genuine. But not necessarily right. I'd much rather put time into pushing people that are worth it.

It's not about proving you right or wrong, I'm just noting that we might be too quick to jump on the JTB wagon because what he contributed (and the incredibly small amount of it) can be due to him just being bad at this game, as it was with BSP.

Hey I mean if anything I'm more at fault for changing my read on em. The point in me saying that wasn't to rub the failure in your face, you know I'm not that guy. My point is that as confirmed or unconfirmed town, I'd feel obliged to defend a slot that I'm almost positive wouldn't be able to defend itself if I have a town reason em. I did have one on BSP and I do have one on JTB.

I've said my piece on JTB, and I guess the only thing we can really do is see what happens when he comes back. But yea I'll be anxiously waiting to get on pawn.

You never actually answered my initial question of why you think shenan appears towny to you. All you're giving us is complete fluff. "He's cool, I like him" is NOT a legitimate reason. Stop being an idiot and *****-footing around what I asked. The way you're dealing with it makes me really suspect you being scum.

I have a problem seeing his reaction as knee jerk. I'm continuing to look at it because the interaction between you two is significant to me because it links to some other feelings I've had. Im in the area of thinking WHY ryu would have such a knee jerk reaction to you yelling at him to read and call him scum. The timing of it seems off to me. What about what you said would CAUSE what your calling kneejerk. I've always equated scum ryu to a much more plodding style close to his town game, but his vote is so reactionary it's almost like you could say he believed it.

Why do you think he sticks to his push on you as scum ? His case certainly isn't massively compelling in the sense of damnation. Does he do it to save face (he can't drop you because he's invested in it)

He just admitted that he was trolling me and wasn't serious. For that purpose, how do you read him now? I don't get why he would fall back and say he was 'trolling' me here because he's still voting me right now and assuming he was trying to get my reaction he's a done a poor job of it if he hasn't even bothered to read my posts, which is something I've had to point out multiple times. What do you think? Still think he has town merit to do what he did? I think he sticks to me much like any other scummer sticks to someone. It's not them. I'd be more than willing to fence-sit on someone if it kept them in the hot seat over me, and as long as I can couple some half-assed reasoning in the process, I don't look bad. The problem here is that Ryu's argument in the first place is crumbling. I don't believe Ryu is the right lynch today. I want Pawn to give a reads-list to be honest and go from there.

my vote on soup wasn't based solely on the circus comment, i was already wary of his play and his last post was what pushed me over. i jumped the gun on it though, i should've waited until i could be around to explain it more and defend it.

im down to support the pawn wagon right now though, regardless of soup being on it. it's a good direction to take and since i cant push the soup wagon atm, ill still contribute to something while im gone
