You can't really say his opponent was giving it a great effort, simply floating there allowing themselves to be pushed by water. I will say that the original poster of the video does have great control with his hydro pumps. @ Makani Makani are you using a GCC?

You really took him to school on his first stock. On your first stock you're lucky he didn't end you by reflecting your horizontal hydro pumps when you were in the 130+% range. Mainly when you did the pump right to left to shoot at him first. I really enjoyed watching this video this style resembles what I go for quite accurately, your empty SHFF and SHFA were very nice defensive maneuvers when you had your back to the ledge, i'm going to try and incorporate that more into my play. Also, very nice counter to finish the game, the only thing I can recommend is down air after counter up for massive style points.

Thats really impressive, my fingers must be getting slow with age but I couldn't perform pumps with any consistency like you can before I switched from the Pro to the GCC.

27, but my mind is my strong suit not my hands when it comes to games like this. When I switched I noticed the shorter sticks drastically helped my ability to do the some of the quicker ATs. The shoulder buttons are much better on the pro so my spot dodges aren't quite as quick as they were but it's a worthwhile trade off for me.

Took greninja into my local the other day, got sorta bodied by a ness who's ranked 6th (I think) in my region. I feel like my movement was smooth enough, but I think what it came down to was some of my approaches and landings being unsafe, since he got most of his kills off bthrow (can we pls get a small nerf to that in the mario maker patch, kthx)

In hindsight, spaced fairs stuffed his approaches pretty well, and I prolly could've used that more. Also, I think slight nerves kept me from committing to follow ups on a few dtilts, dthrows, and nairs. I'm sticking with this character for most MU's, so if anybody sees anything that I'm not fully utilizing, critique is super welcome

EDIT: Pls ignore the commentators, I don't want the IC's back

The commentators keep mentioning using Greninja's Hydro Pump vs Rosalinas own revovery. Thoughts on that? I still don't know this matchup yet.

Uair kill at 29%?! That's bunk man.
I actually really like using greninja for rosas, though. I think it's one of her more even matchups. Also, I'm fairly certain hydro pump messes with her recovery, bad.

I actually got this in doubles on a Rosalina player. It works, but it's definitely a gimmick that most top level Rosas will be prepared for.

I do agree hydro pump messes with her though.

Yeaaa.....Luma's Uair could really use toning down a bit. I'll mess around with Hpump when I get a chance though. Also need to practice my timing for Dsmashing her recovery.

Almost died at the banana z-drop nair footstool in game 2. I'm waiting for shi-g to upload some of his sets from umebura f.a.t., I heard he placed top 16.
