TIO Very big Problem at a Tournament!!! RIGHT NOW HELP!

So we have a bracket Result right now which include some strange lines.

I wanted to ask, if someone can help me and can explain, how TIO works!

here the Bracket, we have a patt between 5 PLAYERS, thats amazing stupid, so please, if you have time and can help, help us to fix that problem:

look at the sub record then your fine. in other words its not that you dont trust tio you have to use your own judgement.

You have a 5-way tie, in which all players have 1 loss and 2 wins in common.

This means you can't do a tie-breaker based on who beat who, because nobody beat BluB or lost to Nexis or Chila. So what you do next is look at games won.

Biggad and Tysk have the most wins. They both have the same number of losses. They both took a game off BluB. Biggad beat Tysk.

This means Biggad is 2nd and Tysk is 3rd.

Kani is 4th.

Draqo and Yikarur have the same number of wins, but Draqo lost 1 less game than Yikarur. This means Draqo is 5th and Yikarur is 6th.

Nexi is 7th and Chila is 8th.

honestly the only thing i can think of that tio is using to break ties is which players had the smallest difference between wins and losses...and then ties there are broken by whoever had higher numbers of both

Tio breaks ties randomly because it does not know what criteria you want to use to break them. It is up to you to break ties manually by going to the Results section. This is explained in a message when the pool is completed. I understand that English may not be your first language, but the program does explain what it expects you to do.
