Yes. If you can reach the fan blades, you should get them stuck somehow (via touching them or sticking something within them) since they'll spin out of control when you get near it with the active hose.

This is pretty much mandatory for a vacuum job. If you spin the fans up with the suction for any length of time it can damage the motors. You'll end up worse than where you began. Same goes with compressed air, but in the latter case you can use short bursts to move the fan blades about and loosen debris, so long as you're careful about it.

Tongue depressors and wooden toothpicks work wonders in scenarios like these. Anything long, thin, and non-conductive.

I usually enjoy spiking a KO with elwind (or LSDair) more than landing Nosferatu. It's not quite as hard, but boi is it satisfactory.

It's not the first one though.

Ah yes, that is very satisfying too. Just seeing them go down like "whoop!", especially when their percent is high is truly a sight to see. I do find it a lot harder to land the Elwind spike than Nosferatu though, only because I'm a scaredy cat off-stage. Well, apart from with WFT, he can go anywhere.

Pretty sure that's the point - it's meant to be ironic. There's a similar thing going on in Japanese, where her name is Tiamo (Italian for "I love you") - the one person she wants to say it to is the one person she'll never say it to.

Her being unable to actually marry Chrom is a reference to Catria from Marth's games, who was in a similar situation regarding Marth - except in Catria's case it didn't make up 95% of her characterisation.
