So a new Nintendo Direct is coming on Wednesday the 14th. And the New 3DS has just been set for February 13th by Gamestop for the North Americas.

I think that the N3DS is gonna be announced on this direct as the main thing, but I seriously want some SMT x FE news; a screenshot, a photo, a redeisgn artwork literally anything give it to me.

I still have faith in the project, primarily because it was pretty clear from the announcement trailer they announced the game WAY too early...And because I'm a huge fan of both series.

This Direct was a sweet treat to FE-fans, I must say! I like the feudal direction they're taking with this installment of FE.

Now here's big hoping it's NOT going to feature grind-to-win tactics. Or at least, bring back the tactics ranking system from the GBA-titles.

Also YAY ROBIN & LUCINA-AMIIBOS, gonna grab 'em when I get the chance. The fact that they can now appear in Project S.T.E.A.M is pretty unexpected bonus as well.

really i like the ability to grind plus you could always choose not to grind but thats just me. i hope this one has a split path like sacred stones.

Kinda called it that we'd only get Male Robin as an amiibo (at least initially) since we didn't get female Villager or Male Wii Fit Trainer when the amiibos for those were released.

(Also because all amiibos I've seen are currently only using the postures that the in-game main trophies use.)

Yeah. The option to grind is a good one, and it remains just that: an option. (Unless you're going for optional content that's specifically built around grinding like some of the Awakening DLC or Lagdou Ruins.)

Neat. New FE!
Some thoughts,
-The culture in game looks much more asian than european.
-Same engine/ character design as FE:A
-Does not look like a sequel.
-I'm worried about the story. I'm hoping for a game that has as much detail and thought put into it as FE PoR/RD but I'm afraid it wont happen.
-Story by Shin Kibayashi? Not sure what to think of him.
-Feet DID make the budget.
-White haired Lucina
-Swordmaster Sumia
-Return on Ninian. (jk I'm sure they're all unique.)
-Some class that holds a fan?

I'm excited nonetheless. I'm assuming that since they showed us the game, we wont have to wait a year after Japan gets it. :D

Edit: Also it looks like dual strike is back but its unknown if pair up is also making a return. Personally, I think that dual strike without the pair up system might make the game a little more balanced without sacrificing the strategical depth the system offered.

I'm hyped for FE14, looks like a cool new direction for the series. I think I saw FEET too, it'd be amazing if human's evolved those back
