But Basilio's "death" is different from the spotpass characters, really. It's a plot twist: part of Robin's plan that we don't see. The spotpass characters are just after the game "yay, character" characters.

I atually rather like the secret characters.

There's just something about having the earlygame villain coming back at the end with stats that's way beyond what he should have if he simply had only his level increased, and can now go toe-to-toe with the evil dragon of mass destruction like the rest that simply amuses me.

Of course you're not, although personally I will use Female Robin 99.9% of the time. I might once in a great while use Male Robin, but barely ever will I do that.

I would like hooded Robin, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Seeing as Robin likely has twelve costumes already (six female, six male)

And then twelve more with the hood on? That seems weird.
Unless, of course, the hooded version is gender ambiguous and has no voice.
