I hafd a huge boost of self esteem during the morning, but it immediately came crashing down after my history class. My professor is pretty passive agressive and i'm not too outgoing when i'm not in a comfort zone.

Don't worry, everyone plays differently under pressure and it's something you need to "train", you need to work hard for those steel nerves for tournaments. And like someone said above, you can take notes of your mistakes and change what you're doing wrong.

Since we're (partly) on the topic of playing like crap under pressure: whenever I have people watching my matches live I start trembling and I commit a lot of mistakes.
