I'm not typically a huge fan of yaoi but there's some I admit that I like but it's usually non-canon.

The Master is basically an evil Doctor. Think of Sonic and Shadow or Pit and Dark Pit. The master ran out of regenerations and was sent to heaven. There he regenerated into the mistress and teamed up with the cybermen. Now, either Danny did not kill her or she is immortal is unknown. But I hear she MAY be a companion. That would be interesting.
