Dabuz doesn't even camp as much as he did earlier in Sm4sh's life anymore. People need to realize this and stop hating on the guy. He bodied everyone (especially MVD) all the way until he got to Nairo using Rosaluma. He now zones more than anything.

Seems some can't let go of his match at Apex.

I never really understood the seemingly universal dislike for defensive playstyles in games. I suppose to many people it's not "fun" or "exciting", and it may be more frustrating to people to get walled out than straight up killed, but c'mon, it's a perfectly valid playstyle. Sometimes the best offense is a good defense.

I personally only enter in Smash 4 tournaments because I find myself to be good at Smash 4, but a lot of the players that enter are very, very skilled.
I kinda want to enter a 64 or Brawl tournament some day.

I appreciate Melee as a fun spectator sport to be honest. I like seeing it, but I can't play it damn it. Same goes for PM, but PM is still enjoyable (along with Melee).

It wasn't about you lol. I just wish social threads were more open for (competitive) discussion instead of not caring/ignore it in general. Not everything is posting GIFs 24/7 and "having fun."

Competitive is kinda talked about in socials through character technicalities like frames and hitboxes, but beyond that, not much. Personally, I don't think it's nesessary to talk about competitive Smash in a social (we can talk about it and I won't stop you if you do) when we have other forums doing just that.

That's a blunt and negative way of phrasing "making sure nobody's potentially misinformed."
Because it's important that everyone's on the same page with regards to the meta.

And with how many people go in there coming from hours of For Glory experience or whatever (IE are misinformed) and act like they know a ton about the meta from it, well, it's important.
People can be rude about it, and that's not OK, but it's important to explain to people why they are (or could be) incorrect and misinformed.

I'm losing to for glory players again, my Lucas is terrible, this guy said I was "so basic", I need help

tbh when people insult me on For Glory I laugh and change my tag to something completely random like BAN•ZELDA and most often my opponent gets confused and leaves. Never take those annoying af insulting people to heart bc 1. you'll most likely never see them again, and 2. it's not worth dealing with someone who's rude enough to do that to you

Remember when I was really scared last week because I thought I had to have surgery? Turns out I didn't have it but I was still at the hospital for 6 days and had to get some procedures done which I was awake for. I was super sick and throwing up a few days before I was admitted into the hospital but felt much better once I had an IV inside me and got hydrated because apparently I was dehydrated. I got back home yesterday and it's good to be home and not have needles inside of me. :3

It turned out much better than expected. Although when I had those procedures done I was crying. D: So I was lucky to get out of surgery this time but they told me that it's still a possibility if things don't resolve. But for now I am in the clear.

Glad to hear it. Did the doctors tell you anything particular you need to know? Anything that can help you so that you don't go back to the hospital as quick as you left?
