Did you guys know that if you hold down the B button and tilt the analog on your controller you can watch just watch one of the fighters? I am sorry if this is old news....

You can also use the L and R buttons. And when you're focused on one player you can use the control stick to change the camera angle.

You can do that with Replay data too (which is essentially what spectator is anyways).
