Hack your wii so that you can play SSB64 on the wii and use a GC controller.

It makes things nicer and easier so you can have stuff like the c stick.

64 is just a little too broken. There are too many things in this game that take very little skill and are way too hard to escape. Like Falcon upair combos, uptilts, edgeguarding, etc.

Yeah Ness' utilt can be pretty annoying. My only comp. in this game lately has been a Ness main, and that **** has crazy priority and misleading range.

I don't really see how tech chasing is a problems outside of platforms, altho I can agree that it can be pretty annoying getting away from ness dairs on a small platform for example.

But the best thing about grabs is not their power, but how UN-PUNISHABLE they are.
Techchased and grabbed the wrong way? No matter. If you're a fast char, just pivot around and grab again.

Grabs are punishable...but barely.

You can't run up to someone and grab them, but under most real situations there's little punishment.

Melee has JC Grab...makes the punishment more like 64.

I don't frustrate easily. Of course...I have tried to play Brawl competitively.

Offline play is so much less frustrating than online play. Consider no lag and hax, but still the anger you get if you lose.

True but attacks still usually beat grabs and grabs dont have the best range in 64.

hahah same, I used to live in miami and I know how it is down there. But yeah me and Sheer are in central but hes still kinda far from me so i don't really ever play console either.

Aside from that ssb64 is great, there's a way around every gay spammable technique so if you pwn then you'll be allright
