Close your eyes for 5 seconds then open.
Do you remember being a child? When you would stare up at the night sky, and imagine being able to float up and touch the stars?
Maybe not, maybe you were too cool for school.
Those moments of pure contentment, or maybe that one you remember best of all, that one time when there weren’t little things eating at your mind, nothing unwanted stirring, all was well.
Do you remember? Has it been so long since that moment that you’re stuck wondering why you even bother doing anything? What are you doing procrastinating on the blogs section of a videogame forum?
Where are you going with your life?
“What’s wrong with me?”
Why do you worry so much?
Why do you care?
Stop caring.
Close your eyes for 5 seconds.
You don’t have to worry anymore, just like you never did as a kid.
When was the last time you just looked out the window and watched the stars at night without caring about the world you’re on?
Just take a short moment out of your life, and stop caring during it.
Who knows, you might have one of those moments again.
