abate was on point in several games this ROM so more material to select from is always better

On the final day of the Year of Luigi, I began the arduous process of downloading, trimming, naming, and organizing clips for this video.

Rejoice, for the day of release shall soon be upon us!

... after I make the 3 hype trailers that need to be made for VGBC tournaments...

NSA 2 Melee Games Grand Finale - UMB Vs. MIT, Kaiju vs RNDL. Kaiju is on the ropes with high percent and last stock, gets hit offstage and misfires into RNDL to the roars of the crowd, then follows up with ftilt and fair offstage to end the match.

there's other fantastic things in this video but i just wanted to point this out, I know the vid is being probably saturated with Eddy but

Still sluggish. I have so much smash-related video work on my hands, plus my gf and I just took new jobs and have to move in a couple weeks! Good problems... I just put a bit of time into this here and there when I can.

Papapaint, once you estimate that you're over ~50% done you can consider putting out another tiny trailer if it's worth doing, but wouldn't expect you to spend more than ~5-10 minutes on a small trailer if you made one; just one to remind people that it's coming up. Either that or I can repost the first trailer on reddit when the video is closer to completion.

Geof, just sit tight, Papapaint is a busy guy and he's been working on a lot of trailers for VGBC, so it could possibly be some more time. In the meanwhile, I might play around with iMovie and see if I can test a few other things out, including going back to the Overture idea. I want to try synchronizing misfires to the quarter/eighth notes; originally I had misspoken thinking there are far more frequent cannonblasts in the piece than there are. What I did test seemed ok, but I'll check it out some more and see what happens, unless Papapaint has something else in mind I should do.
