Some of us don't play Brawl and there's no dedicated West MI melee thread (it'd be a bit redundant, don't you think?)

Seeing as this is the West MI thread and this is an event being hosted in West MI, it only makes sense for me to post about it here despite PS5 happening today. Especially for the players around here who have no interest in a Brawl tournament.

Don't call me ignorant. If anything, you should update your thread to include Melee players. The West MI Melee community currently has no venue for organizing and discussing events and it'd be stupid to make yet another Michigan thread in this forum.

And btw very few Melee players follow this thread and anyone that does post in it is also a brawl player which would guarantee his or her attendance at 70 man regional tournament over a smashfest. If you want to attract Melee make your own thread and get some initiative going yourself. Im not gonna put work into organizing for a scene I am have little interest in and continuously attempts to belittle the game I take interest in.

I'm going to this smashfest, and I went to the tournament. I want as many people to show up for PM, so I'm happy he posted in here for anyone who doesn't have an account or post that might be looking to get into the scene.
