Why's the limit for getting the match done only 3 days. Most people probably won't be able to get their match done by then so why can't it be a week instead? Also, say for example, round (insert number here) starts and your opponent doesn't bother showing up despite you pm and vming hm about the match. Shouldn't you get the win if your opponent doesn't show up. I'm just saying.

No, its okay. As long as they have an account on smashboards and have 25 or more posts by the time the tourney starts it will be good.

I wouldn't take those matches seriously considering they were FFAs. Though I do think you'd do better with Ike since you're better with him than Wolf (though Wolf's still good ).

Yeah, my Wolf's garbage. Which is sad, since he was one of my favorite characters early in Brawl's life.

**** hard to pull off, I couldn't even do it in Training mode. It'd be awesome if I could get it down though, that's an easy 35-40% there, even more + a KO opportunity if I anticipate a sidestep and hold the F-smash for a bit.

As all the combatants have been decided, is there any reason I can't just start the lineup to have my butt kicked now? Must I wait until the 11th (or 16th, see below)? I'd prefer to get started before school starts again.

Also, the thread title says this starts 1/11/10, but the OP says 1/16/10. Are the two dates seperate (one for the round robin, the other for the 4-person playoff?) or is this a typo? I'm not trying to nitpick, I'm just trying to help, since I'm finding it a little unclear (as the rules have changed a few times since the original posting).

Looks like Aibou and I had the same concerns and now we have our answers. Looks like you want a very definitive start/end date for this. Order is cool, so I'm down with it .

I'll be back with my better recording setup when this starts then, so no biggie. Just trying to get a jump on things so as to not gum up the works.
