I would say a poll for the most popular Nintendo characters, but the presence of Hatsune Miku and others leans towards a general 'most popular video game characters' poll.

If I recall, that poll was just for one specific age/gender demographic, and that there were polls for a few other demographics, each with a few odd choices.
For instance, Hatsune Miku was listed on ALL of them, and there was one where Isabelle from Animal Crossing placed 5th.

Bonjour, je suis Shorts et cela fait un certain bout de temps que je sonde toute la communauté Smash Bros afin de déterminer les personnages que les gens souhaitent le plus voir dans Smash Bros.
C'est pour cette raison que j'ai décidé d'amener mon sondage sur jeuxvideo.com un site français, pour essayer de regrouper dans les votes, toutes les différentes communautés de Smash bros. Pour l'instant les votes sont presque exclusivement américain.

It's been a while since I took French, but I think "rond" is French for "round" and "doudou" is an onomatopoeia.

I'm a big Krystal fan, but Tingle comes in a close second. Besides them some of my favorites are Dixie, Zoroark, Kalos Trainer (Ches/Braix/Gren), Medusa, Shulk, Bowser Junior, and Tharja.

Can I nominate Sylveon and Greninja under Pokemon due to being the two most popular Pokemon capable of representing Generation VI? I know you already have Eevee + eeveelutions listed, but Sylveon was pretty much the mascot of the new fairy type and is far more iconic than any of the other eeveelutions. Greninja might seem odd, but the Delphox and Chesnaught lines are not popular at all, and Greninja would be better off as a stand-alone imo. He's a better choice than Grovyle, Gengar, or Victini at least.
