Someday one of the fan modders is gonna get super ambitious and re-create Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty’s Revenge as a 3D game in one of the two games engines.

This was actually being worked on at some point, called “Banjo Kazooie Grunty’s Revenge Redone”, looked very good so far. The developers haven’t shared anything since 2022 though, at least not on their Twitter account (same name as the game), so idk if they plan to continue it.

I hope it gets finished at some point. It would be so great to have this game brought up to the same standard as the 3D games. Like it's already very fun, but the 2D/top down perspective has hurt the game a couple times for me.

I've been watching anime with the boys again and man, watching Code Geass for the first time in almost 7 years made me realize where Lamperouge got his name from, so now I see Lelouch as a Xenoblade fan. I was already getting creeped out by the Courage the Cowardly Dog-styled floating talking head in the void, but then the ending happened and uh...yeah.

The game itself needs to be on this level of horror.

I wonder if hanging onto my original switch would be worth it if only for the possibility of finally modding Smash Ultimate and getting English voices for Cloud, Sephiroth, Terry, and Kazuya (they all have sources to pull from now that Terry is in SF6, it's possible!).

If it ever happens in Smash 6 then Terry is the most likely while Kazuya is the least. With a few exceptions, characters in Tekken speak their native language.

I get it. That's why I'll use a mod that uses his lines from Street Fighter x Tekken (which did dub the Tekken characters in English, I know, I played it).

I kinda don't care what they do officially. Who knows if any of these guys will even come back in the next smash. Everyone seems to want a reboot with only 8 characters so who knows or cares.

I've seen both Kill Bill movies and they were my start into watching Quentin Tarantino's catalogue. They're very good action flicks.

Played a few matches as Emma Frost in Rivals.

Got bodied the first time, but then her whole kit clicked together.

And damn is she a lot of fun. Being able to back throw people is funny as hell.

Her ultimate can be extremely clutch too. Even the psychic side of her powers is unique and with her shield allowing her to be close range or afar.

They finally made another good tank.

If you play dream land 2 please play the colorized rom hack. Nobody should have to play games in black and white.

Reminds me of an apocalypse nightmare I had recently, except instead of an asteroid, there was what I think was a giant amalgamation of the Minecraft Warden and Enderman, spreading sculk wherever it walked (which is very dark and scary when you consider how sculk normally spreads to where mobs die, though this wasn’t ever thought or brought up in the nightmare), being able to teleport, and could flash an image of a creepy monster over your vision for a moment (though I think said monster looked sorta like a cyan Huggy Wuggy from Poppy Playtime lol). I remember it sending something like a transparent, purple Enderman or whatever to someone through the air and into their head when it sensed them, too, though I don’t remember if that just killed them, possessed them, teleported it through them, or what…

Basically, I guess it was Godzilla but if he were a weird, blocky horror monster instead of a lizard, and perhaps a little shorter. I feel like it could shoot a laser like him, too, but I’m not certain if I remember correctly (I do remember a big, pinkish purple laser hitting a building, though; I think I was in a random small town with family, so no skyscrapers). You also had to be quiet to try and not be sensed by it, though it wasn’t as bad as in the movie “A Quiet Place” since it had some range limit.

also later in the nightmare, there were a couple of tall monsters that were also blocky like they would be in Minecraft, though I think one of them was just a pale, Minecraft-ified Peanut SCP (that statue thing that behaves similar to a Weeping Angel, though it just moved around like a generic, fast monster in my nightmare, and it nor the other monster really did much besides look kinda goofy in how they were moving tbh).

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon is a classic. If you like martial arts movies, definitely consider checking it out.

We have black and white movies and people still enjoy them. Surely games doing the same isn't so bad.
