While I don’t think it needs THAT many characters, I guess the Mario movie says otherwise, pretty good selection though I might need to look into some of these since I don’t recognize everyone.

It's a scrapped DKC2 character. Some sort of ghost pirate general Kremling. Look it up, cool design.

I think Ceruledge is a a good choice for a Paldea mon. I know why you have your reasons for choosing Grovyle but I'm too much of a Sceptile stan to let it go ignored. I'm also a fan of Sneasler as far as Hisuian Pokemon. I also think classic Eevee has it's metits for inclusion. Plus with how iconic they are in Smash I'm surprised Jigglypuff and Incineroar aren't on here. Just my initial thoughts. Tinkaton and Hero Form Palafin are good locks though.

If it’s any consolation, Sceptile would at least appeal in Grovyle’s Final Smash equivalent helping out with Leaf Storm

Figured I’d focus more on other Kanto mon that’d fit more with this game and Incineroar I had initially but decided to cut based on having too similar of an archetype to Machamp and thought I’d be able to get more unique playstyles out of the other two starters

If we ever get anything with Banjo-Kazooie again in the future, I really hope the devs do something with XBLA-Tooie's "Stop'N'Swop II" Bronze, Silver, and Gold Mystery Eggs. They specifically added them to that game to "give gamers something to talk about for more years to come". And if we ever get a third Banjo... Then's the time. Plus it's the perfect time to incentivize people to play the older games.

Those are all fair takes. I'd have automatically included every Smash-mon so it's nice to see someone else with another perspective.

It's just, to me, they're trying to make Eevee another mascot mon on the level of Pikachu.

I also wanted to rework some of their moves to distance themselves from their Smash counterparts and feel like they came out of the mainline games too.

I may reconsider if I can figure out a solid plan for its playstyle.

I really don't understand this need to make most blockbusters nowadays over 2 hours or even nearly 3 hours. 90 to 120 minutes is more than enough to fit everything in a movie. Passing 2 hours is just bloating it.

Regardless, excited for the movie never the less.

Movies can be as long as they want to be so long as they can justify the run time
2 hours and 20 minutes is perfectly fine so long as the movie doesn't feel like it's dragging on too often or feel like it's rushing into a brick wall at top speed.

And that's the problem isn't it?
Sequels aren't always guaranteed. Had the Mario movie bombed then they'd have absolutely no chance of getting to revisit ideas in a sequel.
Don't make a movie expecting to tackle more stuff in a sequel, make sure the thing you're actually being allowed to work on is good first and worry about a sequel when the suits give you the call to say "we want more"

Professional modeling graduation is one week away from me. I'm glad I've finally started to take the time to attempt to take these long haul classes. The voice over, dancer, singer, and SAG AFTRA acting are next.

I won't be doing non union projects anymore. Surprisingly, I'm considered to be very marketable and profitable from both Utah and California, since I was in alot of projects here in Nola. They were the ones who suggested these courses to me. We'll see how this goes. I'm under two talent agencies so far.

Far from an ideal passion, oh well.

I really want to know what Donkey Kong is up to. I believe the story DK Vine has told, but it would be really nice to have the project announced. I'm just really anxious about it. I'm worried about what Nintendo EPD and the supposed new "Brand Management Team" will do to him. Cause we all know what having a brand management team has done for Mario these past years.
