On that Amphibia topic, that isn’t to surprising. Let’s not forget Rebbeca Sugar was drawing very inappropriate fan art of Ed, Edd, and Edddy, and was then hired at CN when they were aware of this.

It’s pretty obvious that a majority of people in animation are drawing not safe for work drawings of their characters.

From what I understand Rebecca Sugar draw that when she was still just a teenager?

Still yeah, not a surprise. The animation industry has a reputation for this stuff. But with the growth of social media you can also get a slight sense of knowing some of these people and that's what really stings.

I used to be really deep into the Amphibia fandom before distancing myself because of the shipping communty's toxic underbelly. Honestly it's almost vindicating in a way that some of the specific artists that made me uncomfortable are getting called out - but not in a way that feels good. These were very influential people in the fandom and I didn't want to be right about them.

We've already seen regular Magnemite though, and unless multiple forms can exist at once, it seems unlikely

One thing that I do like about this show is that, because of the lack of ability to use their weapons as much as later shows, they use the environment to their advantage a lot. Which is nice. That's something real ninjas would do. It's heightened and cartoonish, but it's it still feels nice.

I love how people who grew up with this show dislike how much it gets made fun of in turtles forever or even tmnt 2012 but like… if you actually watch it now as an adult, even worse try to watch all of it, yeah it deserves to get poked fun at a bit.

I managed to complete a couple armor sets I've been meaning to do (screw the Purple Magna Orb, I could forge the other armor parts five times over now) and I'm working on getting a better weapon forged for the Charge Blade and Great Sword.

Also: Teostra's new theme is fantastic, I know I'm super late on that, but it still needs to be said.
