If Nintendo had game rights, I'd imagine there would be really good first party games and there wouldn't be much in the way of rights issues, so there would probably be a HP rep on the roster by Brawl. Maybe we get a second one in Smash 4.

wouldn’t the depend on if Sony’s dead Smash game followed the same rules as Sakurai? Perhaps characters like Sora work out due to being an original gaming character that’s set in a world with countless Disneylands. Spidey may not get that lucky if that ruling was included as well.

same kind of thinking for characters like Clementine or Android 21. They’d likely have good chances getting into a crossover with that singular condition as well
