TBH Nintendo is probably not sending takedowns because they have any plans.

If I had to speculate, It's probably more than likely they just don't want people using their stuff outside of their "intended vision". The music was made to be in the game, ergo, if you listen to it outside of the game, this is an unintended experience and is awful.

This would be incredibly backwards thinking, but Nintendo themselves are laughably backwards so.

It's super weird too because Game Freak/TPC has Gens 3-7 on iTunes and again D&P's ost was released for free so if you think GameFreak sees the idea of releasing soundtracks on the internet, Nintendo as a whole would do so too.

Iirc, it's just raw osts that they hate. Like, I think for vids it should be fine.

You can easily and legally make money from fan products in Japan and most owners support it. Directly using offical content without permission is a different ballgame.

Seriously think they is very few I can think are more than happy to help out and promote their products with fans being anime or games or whatnot. KyoAni and Falcom come to mind.

Not only that but unless stuff like Spotify and other companies push for a global licensing overall I'm gonna keep ripping extended music off YT. Just make it ****ing easier and more simple. Then THEY will get more money!

If you really like the tried and true formula of Pokemon, it's a really solid offering, especially if you like the original Gen 4 games.

Do keep in mind though, it is a faithful remake of Gen 4 with some quality-of-life updates, not a remake of Platinum, so a lot of Platinum stuff isn't there. Some is, but a lot isn't, it's best to look at it solely as a super faithful remake of the original games.

If you have any experience with it, it's a lot like the Link's Awakening Remake in terms of how it was handled.

Which, interestingly, is probably why Nintendo is pretty much A-okay with Hololive doing whatever the heck they want with their stuff: Because they went through corporate channels and asked rather than just streamed it without asking first.

It's an...Interesting situation when you look at the examples of those who have done it without a hitch, and those who get bullied by the copystrike system. It's a confusing mess.

Mah boy, great pov. Original games? That's a pretty interesting mix. I did demo w/ Alpha Saphire when it first came out. But now I'm too busy replaying Kid Icarus Uprising atm. (Palutena's entire table of expressions have me dead.) Lol so yeah, i'll buy it then... Next paycheck, highkey though.

Oh that game, It was ok imo? I'm currently obsessed w/ Twilight Princess & Phantom Hourglass aswell. Soo I'll carefully add Brilliant Diamond in like a good 'ol fashioned mixed drank lol. Gen 3 + 4 were my favorites (ya favoritism, deal w/ it. XD)

There's a rumour that it wasn't Nintendo who took down a channel recently but rather a troll (Hydrogoki) but there is possibility and honestly? Nintendo is the type of company that would leave a pattern. We know because of Ultimate and Three Houses they were taking down stuff for a while.

Granted they and Gilva did have beef so it could be an exception.

Rhydon's just sitting there like a big doll and it's just so cute and adorable. Like sure, he's a big, walking rhino made of rock, but you just wanna hug him. And Steelix is just sleeping like a little puppy. A giant, intimaditing snake made out of steel has no right to be this adorable.
