Rumors are saying Basculegion evolves from a Hisuian Basculin but also said Hisuian Basculin is pure Water type.

Can't imagine a regional form that doesn't change its type.

Yeah, I agree. I can believe us getting a Hisuian Basculin, but it having the exact same typing as regular Basculin would be completely redundant even if they switched up the stats.
