I haven't been active for a good minute, thanks college.

Since my online ran out and I would like to keep money at the moment, I'm catching up on Animal Crossing. Currently in August, just struggling to catch a saddled bichir.

I just found out that Hugh Keays-Byrne died yesterday. As a big fan of the Mad Max movies (even Thunderdome), those are some sad news.

Alright, been trying to get this stupid rig working for at least an hour now. Gonna call it a day.

I've gotten the rig all hooked and everything but each time it doesn't do anything :nifty: clearly I'm doing something wrong but WHAT?

I dont know if im being needlessly paranoid or what but i feel like theres less money in my bank account than there should be.
Ive sent money from Paypal to my bank account before and its worked tons of times but it feels as though this last time it didnt go through, i dont know if im just misremembering how much money i had in my account or if its possible that something happened to my account.

I'll have to actually call the bank tomorrow to get this checked out, its all i can think to do.

If you could have one movie adapted as a video game, or one video game adapted as a movie, what would you like to see?

For direct adaptations, I'd think Captain America: The Winter Soldier would have worked great as a stealth-action game in the style of the Batman: Arkham games. I can see why Marvel stopped putting out licensed games for their movies, especially for that movie (since the movie's plot had a huge impact on the broader MCU), but I think it would have worked well.

For something that's broadly based on the movies, I have two ideas:

-a game like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, set between episodes 3 and 4, where you play as Darth Vader as he learns how to tap into the Dark Side of the Force (explaining why his starting stats are so low) and as he hunts down Jedi and find his place in the Empire. (sort of like what the Marvel Comics series about Vader did)

-an asymmetrical multiplayer game where five players try to complete various tasks, with a twist - one of the players is secretly a Terminator. It's unclear who the Terminator is, and while Terminators can be revealed with enough damage, the sort of damage that's required to reveal them would kill any of the other players. (and there's no way of knowing who it could be, so the seven foot tall bulky Austrian man could be a normal human while the scrawny teenager could be a killer cyborg from the future)

I think one of the Jurassic Park/World films would work well as a survival horror.
Yes there is Dino Crisis, but that series died when they took the dinosaurs into space.

so who thinks Jeremy Renner may end up retiring as Hawkeye in his show (or in at least one last project)? Kate becoming the long term Hawkeye isn't a bad idea.

Sam is the new Cap, Yelena will be the only living Black Widow (probably), Ms.Marvel is joining, there's been rumors of Ghost-Spider and Miles joining the MCU sometime down the road (if Disney and Sony keep playing nice for Peter and MJ), Deadpool is still Deadpool, X-Men and Fantastic Four will be here down the long road, Moon Knight and Blade will strike the night, Valkyrie is gonna slay it, and Daredevil is currently back with Marvel Studios (hopefully Charlie Cox stays as Matt Murdock). The MCU is looking Hela clean right about now

Remember that solo Wolverine movie from 2013, based on his time living in Japan? I'd love to see something like that, but as a hack 'n slash game developed by Platinum Games.

It's a Minecraft track and yet I don't know what the name is, and I swear it's not in either of the soundtrack's volumes because I've checked them already. I don't think it's fanmade, though...

with Disney wanting to have the MCU focus more on shows for D+, I wonder if Spider-Man will end up being the only one having standalone movies

It has the same melody as "Minecraft," however it sounds somewhat more intense with some digital-sounding instruments and stuff as well as what sounds like water drops used as an instrument, nice string instruments, and a piano somewhere in the track (maybe the end?). While being more intense, it's still calming. It gives a very cheery feeling imo.

It also seems to have another melody at the end in the video, but it sounds like a unique one.

I'm kinda afraid it may be part of a larger track and I just dun goofed.
