Happens all the time. Happened for Brawl, was moved to "Next Smash" (SSB4) Spec. Same happened for SSB4. Moved onto "Smash Switch" (Ultimate) Spec, which is what we have today.

And I'll be damned if you take away my right to make a new better Scorpion support thread smh

Well, there's also character specific stuff. Learning to play this character and that character, specific match-ups. Which also have their own socials.

Not so much speculation but more how long the social thread keeps on going after the end of DLC. I'm gonna stick around like normal until I have some things sorted Discord and all side so to keep in contact with those I've became friends.

Most are gonna stick around here and it'll be like normal. During the three years I can't see it all jumping at once.

I'm sorry, maybe my wording was off and it seemed aggressive. I meant literally, the page. It's here. They don't have a date outside of the DLC thread closing on the 21st, that's why I can't tell you. I assume the Social thread will still keep going considering it's its own separate thing.

Yeah people don't usually go on the Smash Bros. forum often when there's no Smash Bros. going on. Ultimate might be different though depending on how Sora is balanced or how this next balance patch will shape up to be. Bayonetta meta really did cripple the game and its audience imo.

Checking to see how quiet the social thread was between 4 DLC and Ultimate.

Some of us kinda want the status quo to go on for a while on this thread and keep talking to the people we see as friends easily. And can find ways to talk about stuff other than Smash.

I think cause of Pokemon it'll be like normal til January but it won't be dead.

Granted now personally I've gotten a way to talk to most of my friends somewhere else. Still a few more people but I know they won't jump off in the while.
