I have a padoru avatar saved. It was there in case I succumbed to the virus last year but thankfully I didn't and kept rocking the anime figure profile pic.

What kid doesn't want to own a figurine of a mass child murderer who went to hell?

I honestly have hopes for the next Pokemon game because Pokemon has never ever been strong when new gen enters a new console. Plus, I actually thought the DLC was fun and much better than whatever SwSh was, and that was made with the B team.

I am just curious, how come you dislike anime?

I don't dislike anime, but I had bad expireinces with Anime fans (think anime club members), and the ones that I started off with (High School of the Dead, SAO, Highschool DxD (Don't crucify me), Familiar no Zero (???)), I ended up hating because they were filled with annoying tropes that I do not like

Since I'm a Digimon fan you can tell I like isekai stories, but Sword art was so boring that I dropped it.

Certainly not a bad list of anime, but there are much better ones out there from my experience.

SAO is literally the only one I've watched out of that list too

High School of the Dead wasn't my cup of tea, not even sure if DxD had a plot, and SAO and Familiar no Zero were just plain ass. Especially SAO.

I can acknowledge there are horrible anime out there, and that a lot of weebs are extremely toxic. Overall, I like anime.

There are some amazing anime out there, and I really like the character designs.

I mean, it's really not. The ESRB rated Help Wanted at T, and the older games would probably hover around E-T.


It's adult in the loooooooooooooooore sure, but that's only a part of the game.

The lore surrounding the games is certainly much darker than the games themselves. Every FNAF game that has received an ESRB rating has been rated T. Won’t stop the merchandise from being... this, though.

Uh, based om the very few anime I do like and watch (DB, DBZ, MHA, OPM, Dragon Quest Dai), Shohen, action, and... whatever genre One Punch is.

I made my desicion and bought the Digimon Cyber sleuth collection on the eshop black Friday sale.

I already own the first game physical on PS4 so I didn't mind getting a second copy digital on switch.

I’ve found a lot of anime I’ve seen to be filled with tropes, and honestly it’s limited my enjoyment of anime. Maybe others like those sort of tropes, but it feels a bit saturated to me. I love Fullmetal Alchemist to death, on the other hand.

But afaik, even the creator admitted he was half-assing it near the end because he hated his editors.


Seriously, one of the most infamous pages in the manga is literally just 2 words, no picture, and he only made it to pad the length of the chapter by an extra page.

I watch anime sporadically.

Right now I've been watching Laid Back Camp here and there (five more episodes left, I think) since my buddy Dutch Raikuna is fond of it. Pretty fun and wholesome stuff, although not something I can binge and it's a little too "moe" for my tastes.

If there's any trope I hate more in anime, it's the "girl character with big boobs that barely does anything" trope.

I've seen it all the time in almost every single anime I've watched and I hate it so much; it's probably the only trope I even hate, period. I just hate it when there are characters whose sole purpose is to appeal to what I can only assume is horny teens, and has no narrative value.

Long as you read the manga it would take like a few weeks tops. Now the anime would be a few months, but still. The amount of time you have to spend to catch up tends to be vastly overstated.
