(maybe I'm mixing up which thread it was or what the reasons were - it's been a while) I'm not a mod in this part of the forum, but if that's the case, it seems like that sort of discussion should be toned down at the very least.

The previous one was closed because of issues with Xenforo and the one before that was because people were calling out the staff over He Who Shall Not Be Named, I think.

Technically using the "rumored" term as it could change and is a major spoiler. Though I thought the 5* Scout Tickets were random like a regular pull, not by choice like a paid Select Scout? No one's been able to use this feature because they haven't given 30 total tickets yet. lol

Well the dev letter today mentions 18 and 34 tickets will be given out in the upcoming changes and events.

And I’m pretty sure ticket scout is just a free 5 star scout banner. You get one pull and may or may not get something but then you get a choice of a free unit. I could be wrong but I think that’s how they explained it.
