Looks pretty solid. I question the addition of Seviper, but some oddball picks are always cool. Can't wait to see the movesets.
I should try my own hand at this someday.

That reminds me, I wanted to think of a mode that combined Squad Strike with :ultpokemontrainer: Pokémon Change mechanic with the characters in the background swapping out Pokémon after one of them faints/gets KO’d. I wanted to think of what characters could be used in this and I wanted to prioritize ones that canonise the fighter Pokémon in that roster.

From player trainers like Red, Leaf, Dawn, Gloria, etc. to NPCs like Blue, Steven, Cynthia, N, Lillie, Marnie, etc.

Also should I make any changes to the roster?

I think Spoink and Beedrill could be cool additions.

So I trained up that Shiny Chandelure. This Chandelure, however, I'll mostly be using to hatch eggs. So I got a Shiny Flame Body Chandelure to hatch Shiny Eggs, while also being competent in battles.

So, with Super Monkey Ball adding crossover characters, imagine having a tiny Captain Falcon running around. Would certainly be a fun callback to the fact that F-Zero GX was made by the Monkey Ball team. Just like with Kiryu and the Yakuza games.

Not like Nintendo's using Falcon for anything anyway. Might as well give him a cameo in a Sega game then.

There isn’t really a workhorse weapon in Quake, unlike in Doom. Closest is probably the RPG.
